Our Head Chef: This native of Provence began her culinary apprenticeship in the kitchens of Maison PIC***, where she learned a taste for excellence, respect for the product and a passion for cooking. After working with her mentor Alain Ducasse in a number of prestigious establishments (Le Louis XV***, Le Grill*, La Bastide de Moustiers*), Julie decided to expand her culinary skills and creativity by joining the Bistrot Benoit in New York. The call of the cicadas being the strongest, it is with the greatest pleasure that Julie returns to her region to take over the management of the Hameau des Baux kitchens and delight your taste buds.
