From the organic market gardeners of St Remy to the lambs of Sisteron and the fishermen of the Camargue, our chef has identified the best local producers, and goes shopping every day to offer a short menu at any time of day.
Julie Chaix, a cuisine of passion and sharing
Attached to her Provençal roots, authentic and sincere, Julie cooks with simplicity and a taste for excellence. Inspired by her childhood memories of market gardening, her grandmother's recipes, and the passionate stories of her small local producers, she sublimates the flavours of Provence's produce, from season to season.
Trained in the cult of the product within the Maison PIC, from one great house to another (the Louis XV***, the Grill*, the Bastide de Moustiers*), and under the aegis of great Chefs (Alain Ducasse, Christophe Martin, Franck Ferigutti), Julie creates and refines her identity by proposing a fresh and daring cuisine that honours Nature.
Curious about the cuisines of the world (she worked in New York at the Bistrot Benoît for a while), she is still developing her notebook of inspirations to complete your journey, of those gustatory moments that invite sharing, and that leave an imprint all in joy and beauty, in perfect harmony with the spirit of Les Petites Maisons.
Discover Julie's cuisine in our 2 restaurants: Allegria and La Petit Guinguette.
