Saint-Étienne du Grès is proud of its traditions, culminating in August with the “Fête de Saint Éloi” (“Saint Éloi Festival”) and the carreto ramado race (flower cart race). Not to forget the Moulin de la Croix, an old "blood mill" which still uses horse power to drive the huge millstone during the olive harvest. The harvesting season comes to an end in November with a convivial meal called Moulinade !

Come and discover Saint-Étienne du Grès’s mysterious Roman Mourgue statue and the remains of Via Domitia or the Roman aqueduct. You might also enjoy the sight of Provençal manor houses (“bastides”) or traditional, mostly stone-built Provençal farmhouses (“mas”).
