Maricera is the expression of a terroir at the foot of the Alpilles. Millers and confectioners, Emilie and Nicolas will make you discover their PDO Vallée des Baux-de-Provence olive oils, table olives and tapenades.
Swayed by the Mistral or lulled by the cicadas, the olive trees of Maricera are also the fruit of the meticulous care lavished by Emilie and Nicolas RACAMIER.
This couple, born into a family of farmers for Emilie and arboriculturists for Nicolas, have discovered a common passion for the cultivation of the olive tree.
Certified "High Environmental Value", the farm has implemented environmentally friendly measures to maintain biodiversity and develop sustainable agriculture. Thanks to this optimization, the olive trees of Maricera benefit from all the attention they need.
Maricera's olive oil has the PDO "Vallée des Baux de Provence" label. It is a blend of five varieties of olives (Aglandau, Salonenque, Grossane, Verdale and Picholine) which gives it a remarkable complexity of aromas. Harmoniously blended, they will give a fruity green or a fruity ripe oil, the difference being due to the ripening time of the olives between the picking and the crushing.
At Maricera, in addition to the fruité vert PDO Vallée des Baux de Provence and fruité mûr olive oils, you will be able to discover a range of single variety olive oils, oils flavoured with fresh basil and also with bird's eye peppers. Also confectioners, discover our traditional broken olives, picholines of Provence plain, with peppers or Provençal style and tapenades.
