Mélanie, Jean Marc and their daughter Elise raise Alpine Chamois goats in organic farming. You will also discover their organic black Gascon pig farm. 100% of the production is processed on the farm. All the cheeses are made from raw milk and matured in a natural cellar.
In the land of Mr. Seguin's Goat (Famous story by Provençal writer Alphonse Daudet), Mas Laferrière is the production site of "La Fromagerie des Alpilles". It is surrounded by meadows where you can see the pretty white goats belonging to the domain. The C.O.P.P.A.S., better known as the Mas des Agriculteurs, has been in existence since 1998 and is the oldest of the Bouches du Rhône's farmers' shops.
