Our chef Kohei Ohata, awarded a Michelin Assiette by the Michelin Guide, offers you a menu of suggestions or an Evening Menu which changes every day, as well as a Tasting Menu. His cuisine is refined and innovative, made from local products. The menu changes according to the availability of seasonal products.
Our bar offers you the great classics, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. Garden lounges scattered around the park make ideal relaxation areas.
Our hotel-restaurant is located on the outskirts of the village of Fontvieille, on a road between Arles, Maussane-les-Alpilles and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, an ideal location for exploring the region.
