Four hectares of olive trees lie at the centre of the domain, among the vines and natural environment. On the northern slope of the Alpilles, the olive groves benefit from filtering soils, as well as a dry climate and a favourable exposure. Cultivated in biodynamics, as are the vines, the local olive varieties, Aglandau (also known as Béruguette), Grossane, Salonenque, Verdale and Picholine, offer the specificity of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence PDO terroir.
Discover our virgin olive oil resulting from a light fermentation of the fruit to obtain the candied black olive taste from our forefathers’ millstones, as well as our extra virgin olive oil, sweet, soft and fresh, to brighten up your cooking, thanks to its vegetal and slightly spicy notes.
