The Michelin-starred restaurant located on the ground floor of Hotel de Tourrel is open for dinner from Tuesday until Saturday and offers an intimate atmosphere where you can taste Chef Matthias Schütz' cuisine which is very much inspired by local produce. During summer, we offer another gastronomic experience on the hotel’s rooftop. The place benefits from incredible views over Saint-Remy’s roofs and a beautiful sunset and welcome you 7 days a week for dinner.
