Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles at the foot of the village of Eygalières, Mas Papabiou offers comfortably furnished lodgings in the middle of a pleasant Mediterranean garden. The Romanin gîte is a duplex, with a bedroom upstairs on a semi-closed mezzanine. It is composed, on the ground floor, of:
- A kitchen equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Bar with 4 high stools. Living room with 140x190cm convertible sofa (possibility of 2 additional beds), armchairs with ottomans and flat screen TV.
- Small laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and vacuum cleaner.
- Independent WC. Upstairs (narrow spiral staircase):
- Semi-closed mezzanine bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, chest of drawers, chair, wardrobe with integrated chest of drawers, full-length mirror.
- Shower room with walk-in shower (scheduled for November 2021), heated towel rail and basin. The lodging has, on the south side, a private terrace of 20 m² tiled + 15 m² gravelled, overlooking a garden of one hectare available to guests. Private and shared barbecues.
North side, it is the common and friendly space with 8x4m swimming pool, max depth 1.5m, accessible from April to October. Common spa, accessible all year round except July / August. Numerous outdoor garden furniture available. End of stay cleaning included. Bed linen kit + bathroom linen + table linen + optional beds made. Reversible air conditioning (included).
