Olivier is also a nature guide specializing in wild plants and flowers, and can suggest walks in the Alpilles park and cooking workshops using the plants you've collected.
The area is very quiet and residential, and you'll be woken by the gentle cooing of the turtle-doves that live in the pine trees around the house, which they share with the cicadas that sing at siesta time.
