Fabien and Angélique Cancelier created "L'Éveil des Papilles", a catering service, in 2008. Both are passionate about cooking.
Fabien is the son of a butcher and Angélique the daughter and granddaughter of a charcutier.
Their reputation has long since spread beyond the Alpilles. Fabien Cancelier was distinguished in 2014 and 2016, in a competition for the best caterer in France; he came 3rd in the French selection for the International Catering Cup.
Fabien has a creative and fresh approach to cooking; his unique dishes incorporate the sophistication of French cuisine and a wealth of Provençal flavours, served in a relaxed, convivial style. Each menu is carefully selected for your enjoyment. Whether it be a formal occasion, with catering from the cocktail reception to the dessert course, a private family function, or a corporate event, our dishes will delight your taste buds.
