Producer and harvester of PDO Vallée des Baux, we offer our PDO olive oils at markets and in our shop in Fontvieille (appointment recommended).
A producer and harvester in the heart of the Vallée des Baux de Provence, we grow 3,000 PDO olive trees in the commune of Fontvieille. Our passion for this tree, a symbol of longevity and tenacity, has been passed down through five generations. We sell our PDO olive oils at the markets:
- Fontvieille, Friday morning
- Maussane, Thursday morning
- Arles, Saturday morning
And also in our shop (preferably by appointment)
All year round, daily.
