For individuals or groups, as a professional Sports Teacher and a First Aid certified Trainer, I can offer you a field trip around the discovery of some symbolic sites from our cultural, historical and natural landscapes (cliffs and forests, olive tree fieds, grapevines, and the famous « garrigue »). A peaceful, simple and very down to earth instant during which we will share the knowledge, the traditions and the history behind this typical « Culture provencale » all that in total respect of nature ; and if you get the munchies after the strolls, a tasting of some local products can be planned.
