Guided tours of the Château de Montauban - Season 2024

On the ground floor, discover "Fontvieille in the time of Daudet" and soak up the atmosphere of this 19th-century interior as you learn about the history of the building, the Ambroy family and Alphonse Daudet.
This year, this area is hosting a temporary exhibition entitled "Alphonse DAUDET et Luigi ROSSi: De la plume au livre illustré" ("Alphonse DAUDET and Luigi ROSSi: From pen to illustrated book").
On the first floor, take a "Detour to the Middle Ages" and immerse yourself in the many archaeological artefacts and rich immersive scenography, to gain a better understanding of daily life in the Alpilles in the Middle Ages.
