On one level, the Romarin gîte is an apartment located on the ground floor of a town house created in 2022. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the center of the village of Saint Rémy de Provence, opposite the Maison du Parc Naturel Regional des Alpilles, in a street starting from the main course. It has a private terrace of 20 m² with flowers and garden furniture. It is adjoining another upstairs apartment that does not belong to the owners. The cottage is composed of:
- A living room with fitted kitchen with 2-burner induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher and small 100-litre fridge. Electric juicer. Dining area for 4 people. Living room with sofa bed 140x190cm (possibility of 2 additional extra beds on request for children: €10 per child and per night, prior agreement from the owner required), armchair, flat screen TV, reversible air conditioning. Bay window overlooking the terrace. Laundry area with washing machine and household utensils.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe, chest of drawers, reversible air conditioning. Private bathroom accessible from the bedroom.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower 95x100cm, basin and heated towel rail.
- Independent WC. Free public parking at 100m. Charging station for electric vehicles in the Regional Natural Park of the Alpilles at 50m. Bedsheets included. End of stay cleaning and optional bathroom linen rental. Wireless.
