A barn, a shed, a chapel, a dovecote, and a mill now serve a single cause: to reveal this little secret world to a privileged few. Most rooms enjoy direct access to the gardens of olive trees and lavender, with a private terrace, and all are air conditioned. The Potager restaurant is open every day except Monday and Tuesday.
