The greatest stories are often the most tantalising. Ours began in Paris in the 1950s when Charles Jobic, known as 'Charly' created his very first sweet delights in his small biscuit factory. Their popularity was pretty much instant. Food lovers of Paris were soon rushing out to get their hands on these surprising little creations. The family business began there and Charly & his sons opened a production unit in Côte d'Or and then in Provence in Saint-Andiol.
