Our olive growers cultivate the olive trees on their land and pick the fruit to bring to the mill to make olive oil. The oils thus have their own identity with the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence AOP designation, and you can find them in their estates or shops.

Les Oliviers de l'Aqueduc at Fontvieille

Producers of AOC Vallée des Baux olive oil, fruité noir and fruité vert olive oil, green olives and tapenades, we grow 3,000 olive trees in the commune of Fontvieille on a small olive farm in the heart of the Vallée des Baux.

Estoublon Castle

Estoublon Castle is considered to be one of the most remarkable sites in the region. It is a unique site that has left its mark on the history of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence, living to the rhythm of the olive harvest and grape harvests. It covers 200 hectares of land, including 19 hectares of vines and 105 hectares of olive groves.

Château d’Estoublon – Olive Oil

Domaine de Lauzières in Mouriès

Covering almost 25 hectares, the Domaine de Lauzières olive grove has more than 4,500 olive trees. The dramatic frost in the winter of 1956 affected the hundred-year-old trees on some of the estate's plots, but they survived and were replanted the following spring. It was the olive grove that saved our estate from the terrible fire in the summer of 1999, which destroyed more than 2,000 hectares of garrigue and pine forest between Saint-Rémy-de-Provence and Mouriès. Only the vines and olive trees can stop a fire from spreading when the mistral winds fan the flames.

As olive oil producers and harvesters, it was only natural for us to take over the family business, which covers 13 hectares of olive trees. Our olive groves are located in Mouriès, France's leading olive-growing commune in terms of the number of olive trees (91,000), right in the heart of the Alpilles Regional Nature Park. With experience handed down through five generations, we produce our own cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil, classified as A.O.P Vallée des Baux de Provence (see our products section).

Mas de la Dame in Baux-de-Provence

Situated on the southern slopes of the Alpilles, at the foot of the legendary village of Les Baux-de-Provence, Mas de la Dame covers 300 hectares, including 57 hectares of vines and 28 hectares of olive groves. These two crops have been combined here since ancient times, following the example of the Romans who settled in Glanum a few kilometres away.
