Domaine Jòlibois is the fruit of the passion of a young couple, Anne-Sophie and Clément, for the Alpilles, Provence and its olive trees.
When the opportunity arose to take over 240 hectares of abandoned olive groves, we took on the crazy challenge of producing an exceptional organic and PDO Vallée des Baux de Provence olive oil. With the help of our team, we work tirelessly to restore the olive trees and create a pure nectar with unique aromas.
At Domaine Jòlibois, there is no compromise between pleasure, taste, excellence and naturalness. We've made it our mission to offer French products that make sense, and to do this we produce quality oilś, our oils reflect our unique terroir and offer you an unforgettable taste journey.
For us, more than a product, more than a destination, olive oil is an art of living.
After more than two years of renovation, we'd like to welcome you to our new mill. Here you can learn all about the history of Domaine Jòlibois and the process of making our olive oils. Several tours are available, as well as tastings of our 5 vintages of organic olive oil.
