The Sous Les Micocouliers restaurant in Eygalières has teamed up with Angélique Barthélémy, an energy therapist and magnetiser, to introduce you to the concept of the ‘engram’.
‘Free your blocks": these memories inscribed in our body and mind that influence our behaviour, our emotions and sometimes even our health.
Over the years, blockages form, constituting ‘engrams’ that can restrict our potential and limit our well-being.
Angélique invites you to discover how we can use energetic approaches to identify and release these engrams so that we can regain fluidity and harmony.
Using concrete examples, this talk will help you understand the influence of these memories and give you the keys to understanding them.
