Mindful of the importance of the link between the producer and the consumer, they will tell you the story of how the olive tree came to be in the Baux de Provence valley, as well as the work that goes on throughout the year (pruning, harvesting, etc.), and will finish by offering you an introduction to tasting this famous nectar.
