MOULIN MAS DE DAUDET : From field to plate
This family-run farm has been passing on its know-how for 6 generations. Established in Fontvieille since 1983, the Alpilles region offers an exceptional terroir in which to grow their durum wheat. The family is proud to be involved in creating quality products, from growing to processing. They plant, harvest, sort and crush in their wooden mill with a stone grindstone, bringing out the authentic taste of the grain. Every stage is carried out with care, with the aim of offering quality products: durum wheat pasta, semolina, flour, pulses, etc.
