Fanny Ronné, a native of the region, naturally moved to the land of her birth to rear her bees. Breeder, producer and harvester, she created her beekeeping farm on a human and family scale, favouring quality rather than quantity.
She uses transhumant beekeeping to produce fine, full-bodied, sweet, aromatic or less sweet honeys, from light to darker honeys.
You'll find honey, flower pollen, propolis, royal jelly and beeswax. Among its treasures are a few nuggets of cosmetics, confectionery, home-made pastries and honey vinegar, all made with the honey it produces.
