Prélude
Choreographer Kader Attou has invited a dozen professional hip hop dancers from the region to take part in his artistic universe. This ‘all terrain’ piece is the story of the encounter between Romain Dubois' music and the physicality of these dancers. The music, a rhythmic and melodic crescendo, holds us in an intensity that becomes tension.
Polemic - the search for a pedagogy of conflict
This is an agitated discussion between two bodies in which bad faith takes centre stage. The two protagonists in this silent dialogue display surprising ingenuity in their outrageous arguments. What is the point of their infinite patience in never allowing the conflict to be resolved?
