On Tuesday 23 January at 2.30pm, discover the "Plastic boum boum" show at the Alpilium!
A sonic epic in which a pile of rubbish is transformed into a sound system and the sounds of a wild rave party, without any electrical assistance!
In a world where there is no electricity, where we are crumbling under a ton of rubbish, these two could still make us dream with a show of music that was described as "modern" in 2023. They are saxophonist and percussionist respectively, and both trained at the Centre de formation des musiciens intervenants in Lille. They've accumulated a lot of odds and ends, and the result is chattering building blocks, a big blue can that works, giant pipes, a dangerous all-purpose saw, plastic crates that hide noisy treasures, and so on. And off we go for 50 minutes of instrumental dialogue from a new world.
